Responsibilities
1. Greeting clients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
2. Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate department or individual.
3. Managing the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
4. Scheduling appointments and managing calendars for real estate agents.
5. Providing information to clients about available properties, services offered, and company policies.
Skills and Qualifications:
1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
3. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
4. Knowledge of real estate terminology and procedures is a plus.
5. Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
